每年的12月1日是“世界艾滋病日”，旨在向艾滋病毒感染者和受影响的人表示支持，并纪念那些因艾滋病而丧生的人。尽管艾滋病毒仍然是一个影响全球数百万人的重大公共卫生问题，但全球艾滋病毒应对工作岌岌可危。分裂、不平等和无视人权是导致艾滋病毒成为并继续成为全球卫生危机的原因之一。

世界承诺到2030年终结艾滋病。

The world has promised to end AIDS by 2030.

我们偏离了轨道。

We are off track.

为消灭艾滋病，我们必须结束阻碍进步的不平等现象。

To end AIDS, we must end the inequalities that are blocking progress.

今天，我们可能会有数百万新增感染和数百万新增死亡。

Today, we risk millions more new infections and millions more deaths.

因此，在这个世界艾滋病日，我们齐声发出呼吁。

So, on this World AIDS Day, we are calling out in one voice.

实现平等，终结艾滋！

Equalize!

“实现平等，终结艾滋”口号是行动的号召。

The “Equalize” slogan is a call to action.

号召采取行之有效的实际行动，帮助终结艾滋病。

A call to adopt the proven practical actions that will help end AIDS.

提高艾滋病毒治疗、检测和预防服务的可用性、质量和适用性。

More availability, quality and suitability of services for HIV treatment, testing and prevention.

这意味着更多的财政资源。

That means more financial resources.

更好的法律、政策和做法，以解决艾滋病毒感染者、特别是边缘化人群面临的污名化和排斥。

Better laws, policies and practices to tackle the stigma and exclusion faced by people living with HIV, especially marginalized populations.

每个人都需要被尊重、被欢迎。

Everyone needs respect and to be welcomed.

以及更好地分享技术，使人们能够平等享有最好的艾滋病科学，特别是在全球南方和北方之间进行这种分享。

And better sharing of technology to enable equal access to the best HIV science, especially between the global South and North.

The inequalities that perpetuate the AIDS pandemic can and must be overcome.
